Record verification
Verify a completion record
Enter the reference printed on a completion record. The reference itself carries the module, the completion date and the score achieved, together with a checksum, so its consistency can be checked without any personal information being held anywhere.
Verification checks the internal consistency of a reference: that the module, completion date, score and checksum agree with each other. Because nothing is stored centrally, it cannot prove that a record was genuinely issued by this programme, confirm the identity of the participant, or evidence attendance or learning. It is a consistency check, not a central CPD register. How this programme is governed
